OMG was my Plugra Gourmet Club Labor Day party awesome!! To start I have to say thanks so much to Plugra for absolutely hooking it up and supporting such an amazing event that loaded with great food and great friends. On to the party.
While the party was nothing short of amazing, it was very difficult to pull off due to the many steps and processes in each of the recipes. It got so hectic that on game day I called in my good friend Tommaso to help with plating and photographing the food. Absolutely could not have done that with him. It’s not that the recipes were really difficult to make, it’s more that each recipe had a few steps times 6 different appetizers all at once. Not going to lie the assembly and recipe shooting is still a little blurry haha J
