Ingredients
1bunch of trimmed asparagus
2tablespoonsolive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°.
Trim the ends of the asparagus up by about 1” to 1 1/2”.
Spread the asparagus out on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper.
Coat with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Roast in the oven at 425° for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender but still slightly crunchy. Serve.
