Ingredients:

Boiled eggs

Red onion

Celery

Garlic cloves

Pickles

Capers

Mayonnaise

Start by making hard-boiled eggs by cooking in boiling water.

Immediately chill the eggs in an ice bath once they are done cooking and set them aside.
