Start your morning off right with this delicious Coconut Smoothie with Fresh Berries and Granola recipe!

Ingredients:

Coconut Milk

Greek Yogurt

Ice Cubes

Blackberries

Blueberries

Raspberries

Strawberries

Banana

Honey

Add the coconut milk, yogurt, ice cubes, berries, banana, and honey to a blender and blend until smooth.

Garnish with granola and coconut shreds.

This recipe is easy to manipulate, for instance if you don’t like coconut, simply sub it out for almond milk!

If you are on the go like me, it’s beneficial to add some ice cubes into this smoothie, and nothing, I mean nothing will blend up this beauty like a Vitamix, seriously worth it!

You can add a nice touch of sweetness to this recipe naturally by adding some shredded coconut.  I also added in some vanilla Greek yogurt to give my smoothie a little body.
