Ingredients
1baguette, thinly sliced on a bias
4tablespoonsmelted unsalted butter or olive oil
sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°.
Slice the bread on a bias about a 1/2” inch thick.
Place the bread slices on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper. If you have a lot of slices, you may need 2 sheet trays.
Evenly brush the melted butter or olive oil onto each bread slice.
Season them with salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes or until browned around the edges and firm in the center, like a crust.
Cool and serve.
