Turkey Burger Frisco Melt with Sriracha 1000 Island

Ingredients
For the 1000 Island Dressing:
½small diced sweet onion
1cupof mayonnaise
½cupof small diced bread and butter pickles
1/3cupof chili sauce
Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
For the Turkey Burger:
4Butterball® Frozen Turkey Burgers
2tablespoonsof olive oil
1ounceof unsalted butter
4thick slices of sourdough bread
2slicesof cheddar cheese
2slicesof mozzarella cheese
2slicesof provolone cheese
Sriracha sauce
Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
Island: Mix together all of the ingredients in a large bowl until completely combined and keep cool.
Burgers: Season the burgers on both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in large cast iron skillet and add in the burgers and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through out.
Once they are cooked remove the burgers from the skillet, slice in half width wise and add in the butter.
Layer the sandwich with 2 tablespoons of 1000 island dressing on 1 slices of sourdough bread. Then add on the two ½ slices of turkey burgers. Top off with 1 slice of cheddar, two more ½ slices of turkey burgers and a slice of provolone and mozzarella. Spread 2 more tablespoons of 1000 island dressing on the other sourdough slice and drizzle on some Sriracha. Add the slice of sourdough to the top of the bread and cook in the cast iron skillet on both sides until golden brown on both sides and when the cheese has been melted, about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
