Raspberry Coulis Recipe

This amazing easy-to-make raspberry coulis recipe is a sweet berry-flavored sauce that goes fantastic on all your sweet desserts.

You will be blown away at just how complementary this sauce is.


– fresh raspberries – juice of lemon – sugar – cold water

Add the raspberries, lemon juice, sugar, and water to a medium-sized pot. 

Cook over medium heat until it becomes thick and jammy. This will take about 15 to 20 minutes.

Strain the coulis through a fine mesh strainer or a chinois.

Chill the sauce until it’s cold. Serve or store.

Cover and keep in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. You can freeze this covered for up to 3 months. Thaw it in the refrigerator for 1 day before using.
