Ingredients
4cupsof cooked brown rice
3/4cupsof cooked sliced asparagus
3/4cupsof cooked peas
10thinly sliced sun dried tomatoes
1/4cupof grated Parmesan Cheese
2tablespoonsof olive oil
1tablespoonof chopped fresh oregano
1tablespoonof chopped fresh basil
Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
As soon as the rice is finished cooking add it to a large bowl with all of the other ingredients and mix well.
