Ingredients

of plain yogurt

of coconut milk

chia seeds

cup
of honey

of vanilla

each medium diced golden delicious,

red delicious, granny smith and honey crisp apple

of chopped roasted almonds

cup
of roughly chopped fresh cherries

seeds removed
Instructions
In a large bowl whisk together the yogurt, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla and then fold in the chia seeds until everything is completely combined.
Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Once the chia seed pudding has been refrigerated overnight, stir and serve.
Serve with diced assorted apples, almonds and cherries.
