Ingredients
For the Smoked Salmon Pizza:

American Flatbread Cheese and Herb Pizza

cup
of baby spinach
1
ounce
of sliced smoked salmon

tablespoon
of capers
1
egg
1
teaspoon
of fresh dill leaves
Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
For the Fig and Prosciutto Pizza:

American Flatbread Cheese and Herb Pizza
1 ½
tablespoons
of fig jam
1
ounce
of prosciutto ham
10 to 12
thin slices of fresh pear
small bunch of baby kale leaves
½
teaspoon
of fresh thyme leaves
Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
For the Butternut Squash Pizza:

American Flatbread Cheese and Herb Pizza

peeled and sliced yellow onion
½
cup
of sliced cremini mushrooms
10 to 12
thin slices of butternut squash
¼
thinly sliced fresh fennel bulb

tablespoon
of olive oil

fresh sage leaves
Kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°.
Smoked Salmon: Top off 1 frozen pizza with baby spinach, smoked salmon, egg and capers.
Season with salt and pepper, and place on an oven rack and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Garnish with fresh dill.
Fig Pizza: Top off 1 frozen pizza by spreading on fig jam and adding on prosciutto ham, and pear slices.
Season with salt and pepper, and place on an oven rack and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Garnish with arugula leaves and thyme.
Butternut Squash Pizza: Add onions, mushrooms, butternut squash slices, fennel, olive oil and salt and pepper to the pizza
Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes
10. Garnish with sage leaves.
11. Serve!
