Ingredients
3
scoops of Bob’s Red Mill Whey Protein
1½
cups
of almond flour
2
cups
of rolled oats
1
cup
of raisins
¾
teaspoon
of baking powder
¾
teaspoon
of baking soda
½
cup
of shredded coconut
1
teaspoon
of cinnamon
3
mashed bananas
½
cup
of smooth peanut butter
5
egg whites
1
teaspoon
of vanilla
4
tablespoons
of maple syrup
Instructions
In a large bowl mix together the whey protein, flour, oats, raisins, baking powder, baking soda, coconut and cinnamon and set aside.
In a separate bowl mix together the mashed bananas, peanut butter, egg whites, vanilla and optional syrup until completely combined.
Next, add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients bowl and fold in until just mixed.
Place a 2 tablespoon scoop of the batter onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and repeat 11 times.
Bake in the oven on 350° for 11 minutes.
Cool before serving.
