Ingredients

For the Watermelon Margarita:

  • 2 cups of fresh chopped watermelon
  • ½ cup of water
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • cups of sugar
  • pink sugar for the rim
  • lime wedges
  • 1 jar of Cayman Jack Margarita
  • watermelon wedges for garnish
  • ice

For the Raspberry Margarita:

  • 1 cup of fresh raspberries
  • ½ cup of water
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • red sugar for the rim
  • lime wedges
  • 1 jar of Cayman Jack Margarita
  • raspberries for garnish
  • ice

Instructions

  • Watermelon: Add the chopped watermelon, water, lemon juice, and sugar to a small pot and cook on medium-high heat until thick, about 15 to 20 minutes. Be sure not to boil over. Chill immediately.
  • Raspberry: Add the fresh raspberries, water, lemon juice, and sugar to a small pot and cook on medium-high heat until thick, about 15 to 20 minutes. Be sure not to boil over. Chill immediately.
  • To Make: pour 1 to 2 teaspoons of the watermelon or raspberry syrup to 1 Cayman Jack margarita mixes and stir or shake with ice. Next rub a lime wedge over the rim of the glass and dip in a small amount of the colored sugar and pour in the flavored margarita mix. Garnish with respective fruit Enjoy!
