Ingredients
For the Watermelon Margarita:
2cupsof fresh chopped watermelon
½cupof water
juice of ½ lemon
1½cupsof sugar
pink sugar for the rim
lime wedges
1jar of Cayman Jack Margarita
watermelon wedges for garnish
ice
For the Raspberry Margarita:
1cupof fresh raspberries
½cupof water
1cupof sugar
juice of ½ lemon
red sugar for the rim
lime wedges
1jar of Cayman Jack Margarita
raspberries for garnish
ice
Instructions
Watermelon: Add the chopped watermelon, water, lemon juice, and sugar to a small pot and cook on medium-high heat until thick, about 15 to 20 minutes. Be sure not to boil over. Chill immediately.
Raspberry: Add the fresh raspberries, water, lemon juice, and sugar to a small pot and cook on medium-high heat until thick, about 15 to 20 minutes. Be sure not to boil over. Chill immediately.
To Make: pour 1 to 2 teaspoons of the watermelon or raspberry syrup to 1 Cayman Jack margarita mixes and stir or shake with ice. Next rub a lime wedge over the rim of the glass and dip in a small amount of the colored sugar and pour in the flavored margarita mix. Garnish with respective fruit Enjoy!
