Peach Cobbler Smoothie with Coconut Milk Whipped Cream
Twist up your morning routine by making this delicious Peach Cobbler Smoothie with Coconut Milk Whipped Cream.
Ingredients
For the Smoothie:

pitted fresh yellow peaches
3
cups
of Silk® Vanilla Almond Milk
2
tablespoons
of honey
½
teaspoon
of cinnamon
½
cup
of rolled oats
12 to 15
ice cubes
For the Coconut Whipped Cream:
1
can of coconut milk
,
liquid removed
1
tablespoon
of honey
Instructions
Add the drained coconut milk and honey to a bowl and whisk together until combined and smoothe and immediately chill
In a blender add the peaches, Silk® Vanilla Almond Milks, honey, cinnamon, oats and ice cubes, and blend on high until completely combined and smooth.
Serve the smoothie cold with a tablespoon of the coconut whipped cream on top.
