Ingredients
For the Berries

pitted and sliced fresh yellow peaches

of blueberries

of sugar

tablespoons
of flour
juice of 1 lemon
For the Batter

flour

of rolled oats

cup
brown sugar

sugar

teaspoon
of cinnamon

tablespoon
of baking powder

stick of chilled butter cut into chunks

milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°
In a large bowl mix together the peaches, blueberries, sugar, flour and lemon juice and pour into a large cast iron skillet
Next in a separate large bowl mix together all of the batter ingredients until combined.
Using a spatula pour the batter all over the peaches and blueberries in the skillet and spread around until they are completely covered.
Bake the pan in the oven on 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cooked through.
Serve with vanilla ice cream!
