Ingredients
For the Salad:

heads of butter leaf lettuce leaves

oranges cut into segments

thinly sliced red onion

julienne slices of prosciutto ham

For the Dressing:

small diced shallot

Instructions
Dressing: Whisk together all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl and set aside
