- 3 cups of coconut milk
- 1 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of ice cubes
- ½ cup of blackberries
- ½ cup of blueberries
- ½ cup of raspberries
- ½ cup of strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 cup of Bob’s Red Mill® Honey Oat Granola
- shredded coconut for garnish
Add the coconut milk, yogurt, ice cubes, berries, banana and honey to a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with granola and coconut shreds.
