Start your morning off right with this delicious Coconut Smoothie with Fresh Berries and Granola recipe!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of coconut milk
  • 1 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of ice cubes
  • ½ cup of blackberries
  • ½ cup of blueberries
  • ½ cup of raspberries
  • ½ cup of strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 cup of Bob’s Red Mill® Honey Oat Granola
  • shredded coconut for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the coconut milk, yogurt, ice cubes, berries, banana and honey to a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with granola and coconut shreds.
