Ingredients

  • 2 cups of unsweetened coconut milk
  • ¼ cup each of frozen raspberries blackberries, blueberries and strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon of Bob’s Red Mill Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of Bob’s Red Mill Hemp Heart Seeds
  • 1 scoop of Bob’s Red Mill Pea Protein Powder
  • 2 teaspoons of Coconut Sugar
  • Optional Garnishes: toasted coconut flakes assorted frozen berries, fresh cherries

Instructions

  • Combine everything in a blender except for the garnishes and puree until smooth.
  • Serve in a glass with optional garnishes.
