More often than not there is going to be some leftover food, so here are 3 easy recipes that will help you use up your leftover grilled bratwursts, chicken breasts and hamburgers.

  • Leftover brats?  No worries. They go amazing when heated in a skillet the next day, and served with eggs for breakfast – after all, it is a sausage. 🙂

  • Chicken and tortilla chips leftover?  Cut up the chicken and throw it in a slow cooker long with onions, jalapenos, enchilada sauce, diced tomatoes, corn, garlic, cumin and chicken broth, and cook on low heat for 6 hours.  Garnish with crunched up tortilla chips.

  • Leftover Burgers? Chop up the cooked hamburger meat and add it to a slow cooker along with onions, garlic, canned crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, dry basil and oregano, and cook on low heat for 6 hours for a super easy and tasty spaghetti meat sauce.

All together now 🙂
