Peach Cobbler Smoothie with Coconut Milk Whipped Cream

Welcome back to another episiode of SOIGNE, where it’s all about the music and food! Since I am always ridiculously busy in the mornings. Whether that’s waking up my daughter, trying to make breakfast for her, getting an early start on work, or heading out the door to go downtown for a meeting, things can get wild! One the best ways for me to get some good energy, while being absolutely delicious of course, is by making a homemade smoothie. They’re easy to prepare, are packed with good fats and fruit, and are transportable. To keep the flavors interesting I always like to try and change things up with different fruit and veggie combos, but this time I wanted somehow bring in a classic dessert, but of course without all of the sugar. With all that in mind, I made a Fresh Peach Cobbler Smoothie with Coconut Whipped Cream. Bomb right?!

It was super easy to make, and it starts with making the coconut whipped cream. You can whip by hand or in a standing mixer on low speed. Simply spoon out the thick coconut fat part of the coconut milk, while discarding the liquid, and mix it with a tablespoon of honey for a nice sweet-healthy whipped cream. To be honest it would go perfect on just about any smoothie or dessert! The berries and delicious Silk Almond Milk flavor is a perfect combo of flavor and nutrition, not too mention it’s loaded with antioxidants! The Silk Almond Milk is really tasty and velvety in texture, it’s a real treat for making a smoothie. Add in some oats, honey and a little cinnamon and boom, you have one tasty Peach Cobbler Smoothie with Coconut Whipped Cream.

Peach Cobbler Smoothie with Coconut Milk Whipped Cream
Twist up your morning routine by making this delicious Peach Cobbler Smoothie with Coconut Milk Whipped Cream.
For the Smoothie:
  • 3 pitted fresh yellow peaches
  • 3 cups of Silk® Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • ½ cup of rolled oats
  • 12 to 15 ice cubes
For the Coconut Whipped Cream:
  • 1 can of coconut milk, liquid removed
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  1. Add the drained coconut milk and honey to a bowl and whisk together until combined and smoothe and immediately chill
  2. In a blender add the peaches, Silk® Vanilla Almond Milks, honey, cinnamon, oats and ice cubes, and blend on high until completely combined and smooth.
  3. Serve the smoothie cold with a tablespoon of the coconut whipped cream on top.
