Let’s be honest who has time to marinate for 24 hours when you work a full time job and have a family to feed? You don’t; so let me introduce to you the method of injecting!
This delicious tomato-based meat injection sauce is just what you need to get things on the grill ASAP and onto your family’s plates!
Simply puree together 3 tablespoons of Hunt’s® Tomato Paste, 1/2 cup of La Choy® Soy Sauce, 1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce, 2 tablespoons of Gulden’s® Spicy Mustard, 3 garlic cloves, 1/2 peeled yellow onion, and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and you’re good to go.
Once you put the steaks on the grill inject away into multiple areas on the steak for an intense bold flavor that will definitely enhance the taste of your steak!
Seriously, Mr. Parisi….YOU are my Go To Guy for any recipe. Being from Chicago (Taylor Street) and being Italian I find inspiration in your videos and recipes. Plus you come across as a good guy. I’m also (retired in AZ) a sommelier, so I appreciate your craft, having sold wine in some of the best restaurants in the Chicago and N’Shore
BIG THANKS!
Appreciate you!
I have really been enjoying your videos. The one on spaghetti has inspired me to make it even though I’m trying to watch the carbs. I love how your website allows you to make the recipe to scale which is great for us singles. I love your tips as well. Do you have a cookbook? Cheers, Kim
