Garlic and Parmesan Homemade Popcorn Recipe

What an easy recipe to whip and while your already melting butter for your fresh popped popcorn why not add in fresh chopped garlic (or granulated if you’d like) and Parmesan? It’s a ton of fun getting creative with how many things go so great with popcorn. I mean sure there are your cheddar popcorns, plain with butter, caramel corn, etc., but what about enhancing all of those things to make it even better? The idea of having unique flavored popcorns is just awesome to me, and would be a great idea for a party, or perhaps at a sporting event, or who knows at a restaurant or bar, don’t still my idea :-).

I decided to use Bob’s Red Mill® White Popcorn because when I was creating this recipe I kept thinking alfredo, and Italian and for some reason white just sounded a little more elegant. It popped perfectly in my air popper and it came out blinging white! I can make around 20 batches of popcorn with only 1 bag, it’s awesome!

The sauce of garlic and Parmesan butter of course go excellent on popcorn… or just about anything else :-).
