Eating Through the Kitchen Cabinets

I felt inspired from my good friend Paige, writer of the blog Tomatoes For Cucumbers, where she challenged herself to eat through her cupboards trying to get rid of all the food in there.  With all of the partnerships and food brands I work with across the US, I can’t even begin to tell you how much food are in each of my cupboards.  While it is awesome to have all of this food, it needs to go somewhere so why not in some cool recipes.  I am challenging myself to start getting rid of some of this stuff by creating  meals and recipes, which I’ll share with you right there, until at least half of this stuff is gone.  Some recipes will be easy, some may be more elegant, and some may be wild, but the only rule is that I cannot buy more than 5 ingredients from the grocery store to complete each recipe.  I will post at least 1 new recipe a week, so come back and check’em out.  Wish me Luck!!
