Apple Cake Recipe with Oatmeal Streusel

Man I love cooking desserts in skillets!  Whether it’s cobblers or brownies, I’m all in on skillet cooking so I whipped up this Apple Cake Recipe with Oatmeal Streusel that is so gooey and delicious there is no way you won’t attempt another piece.  I feel like the iron skillet does such a great job of browning the outside and bottom of cakes and cobbler because it holds heat so well, that it is far and away superior to a regular old casserole style pan.  Also, not-too-mention it looks way cooler than a plain old glass dish, no offense to…
